Ashlin Alvarez-Donis

What’s an important lesson you’ve learned while at EQ2?

An important lesson I’ve learned at EQ2 was to always speak up and never give up. Also to be who I am because I am a unique person.

Thinking about the future, what are your dreams, goals, and aspirations?

My goals for my future are to never give up, keep pushing forward, and just me and not change. My dreams are to accomplish all my classes and to graduate from the career I would like to be.

What’s your favorite memory at EQ2?

My favorite memory at EQ2 was when I and my classmates participate in “Detention Nightmares” in theater class with Ms.Adams. It’s my favorite because It was fun and wonderful and we all got a chance to act.

What are 3-4 strengths or passions that served you well that you want to bring with you?

The 3 strengths that served me well that I want to bring with me, always work hard like always, always speak up and ask questions, keep doing what I love and I am passionate about it.

  2. Ashlin, when you came to Mr. Zeno and me in fifth grade, you were a shy girl who was *just* learning English. I watched you tonight deliver a beautiful and thoughtful speech in front of your classmates. I am SO proud of the hard work that you’ve clearly done and the young woman that you’ve become. I know that you’re going to do great things. Don’t forget that I am always rooting for you.
